Adventure Scuba Company will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange any item purchased from us that is defective, the wrong size, color, style, fit, or does not meet your expectations for any reason (excludes all shipping charges). 

Returns and exchanges can be made in person at our retail location in Chantilly, VA. 1301 Metrotech Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151.

You can also return your package via the mail.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to Adventure Scuba Company, 13901 Metrotech Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. We ask customers contact us prior to returning any products for a return authorizations number.  This will speed the processing of your return.  You can call our store at (703) 263-0427 or email us at cs@shopadventurescuba.com.  

If you have an exchange for the same item, just a different size, as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Returns must be presented in new, unused condition in the original packaging along with your receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund.
